Debian 12.x has been great on the Lenovo Thinkpad Carbon X1 Gen 10 for the last year and a half.
Only caveats:
- Lenovo Thunderbolt dock pushing two monitors is tricky on suspend and wake if the laptop is closed so there’s a little sequence I need to do removing and docking.
- Ran XFCE but have been on Cinnamon for the last six months.
- Battery life is great with https://github.com/AdnanHodzic/auto-cpufreq
- Bluetooth dies every few months req a cold boot.
- I always git the latest linux-firmware https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-firmware.git/
